Privacy Policy
How we handle the personal data of people who visit the website and get in touch. Version 1.0.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Paulo Victorino, a self-employed developer based in Brazil who works under the business name Victorino Consultoria de TI. This policy follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD). For any matter regarding your data, use the contact form and choose the topic “Privacy and my data”.
2. What data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, WhatsApp number (optional), topic and the message you write.
- Visit origin: landing page, the page where you submitted the form, the website you came from and campaign parameters (UTM), when present.
- Technical records: for security and abuse prevention we store an encrypted version (hash) of your IP address, never the IP in plain text.
- Virtual assistant (when available): the messages exchanged in the chat, to reply and follow up on your request.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your request and prepare proposals — legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request, and the consent you give in the form.
- To send news by email — only if you tick the specific option; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To protect the website against spam and unauthorized access — legal basis: legitimate interest.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent data. It is stored with the hosting provider contracted for the website. When the virtual assistant is active, the conversation is processed by the customer service platform in use and by an Artificial Intelligence provider, only to generate the replies. These providers act as processors and may process data outside Brazil, in compliance with the LGPD.
5. How long we keep it
Contacts that did not become a project are kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction and are then deleted or anonymized. Client data follows the retention periods required by law (tax records, for example).
6. Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion and information about data sharing, and you may withdraw your consent. Send your request through the form; we will reply as soon as possible.
7. Security
We use a secure connection (HTTPS), password and two-step verification to access the dashboard, logging of administrative actions and backups.

This policy may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page. In case of doubt, the Portuguese version prevails.
